I have changed my mind and want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by no later than 10am UK time the morning after you placed the order (10am Monday for orders placed at the weekend). We may then be able to halt despatch of your order and process an immediate refund to your card.
If you contact us after an order has been despatched, we can only process a refund if your order is returned to us unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is at your own expense.
I have received a faulty non-dvd product.
You can return unopened and unused non-dvd goods for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. However you must Contact Us first to obtain a return authorisation. To comply with Health Regulations, we cannot accept return of any non-dvd item that has been used, unless the item is faulty. If an item is faulty, we will of course exchange the item for you at no cost. Again you must contact us first with full details of the fault so we can issue you with a return authorisation.
After authorisation, goods should be returned, securely packed with a letter detailing the reason for return, and sent to:-
