In Therapy Dick 3, patients work through their problems with a kind but rough relationship expert, who uses role-play, behavioural therapy, and other methods to deepen paternal and fraternal bonds. The therapists help patients work through their issues with a problem solving approach that never fails - dick. First up, Ashton Silvers visits his therapist Dr Johnny Ford, who specialises in areas of identity and sexual expression. After a few questions Dr Ford realizes that Ashton might need to explore his sexual options. Lucky for Ashton, hthe doc has first-hand experience in this area as well. Then Nick Floyd has been feeling strange and confesses to Brody Kayman that he has powers unlike anyone else. Nick claims he can see right through people's clothing, which intrigues Brody. To test out the powers, Brody gets to the bottom of things! Dakota Lovell has been fantasizing about his therapist, Chris Damned. When Dakota admits his attraction to Chris, the reaction is much better than he anticipated - much much better! Chris suggests an unorthodox approach to curbing Dakota's fantasies, and it's the exact solution Dakota had hoped for. Finally, Des Irez and Gabe Bradshaw visit therapist Marco Napoli to talk about the problems they are having with each other. Gabe accuses Des of being a homophobe but Des denies it. Dr Napoli talks them through an intimacy exercise, instructing them to undress and touch each other. Not long after, Des is furiously pounding Gabe's asshole!
