What are your delivery charges?
UK orders - we charge £4 per order.
Europe orders - we charge £6 per order.
Worldwide orders (USA, Canada, Australia, Japan etc) - we charge £8 per order.
How do you ship my order?
All shipments to United Kingdom addresses are posted from within the UK, and are processed, handled and delivered by Royal Mail. Shipments to all other countries are sent by international air mail from Spain.
How soon will I receive my order?
You should receive your complete order within 7-14 days. Occasionally mail services can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your full order 21 days after you placed the order (28 days for orders outside of UK/Europe). How large will my package be?
All our non-dvd items (sex toys etc) are sent complete with their original boxes and packaging.
Will my package be discreet?
All our shipments are sent very discreetly - there will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the envelope, and nothing adult-related will appear on the envelope as the sender.
If you have ordered bulkier non-dvd items, please be aware that you may have to collect your package from the Post Office or local Sorting Office if you are not at home when your mail is delivered and your package is too large for your letter box.
