Shy scientist Spencer Bradley is the Center Of Attention. She has never put much thought into her appearance, but has to present a keynote speech at an upcoming conference so she goes to a fashion designer, Penny Barber, to have an outfit made for the event. As soon as they meet, Penny has eyes for Spencer! Then Rachael Cavalli walks up the front steps of the house next door holding a casserole.
