The Apartment

In The Apartment, Cecil B has taken the responsibility for managing the rental and maintenance of several apartments. He has hired Storm to clean them and generally prepare them for use by new tenants. He leaves her one evening cleaning an apartment that he has just rented and, when he returns, he finds that she has been slacking off and not doing her job. It is now time for her to be punished for letting him down. Cecil spanks her, paddles her, uses a strap and hairbrush on her, and finally gives her a caning. Has she learned her lesson?
