Do I need to have an account and/or log in to place an order?
You do not have to have an account or log into your account to make a purchase from our website. However if you do log into your account, your name and address details are automatically added to your Checkout form. Account holders are also able to view all their past orders, add items to a Wishlist for future reference, and receive member discount offers by email every 6 to 8 weeks. If you wish to create an account, you can do so on our Registration page.
I'm having trouble logging in to my account. Any suggestions?
Passwords and usernames are case sensitive, so (for example) if your password is GreenDay, GreenDay will work, but greenday will not. Also make certain the Caps Lock function on your keyboard is not engaged.
Please note that user names and passwords created on any of our old websites will NOT work on this new website. You will unfortunately have to register again - please see our Registration page.
I have forgotten my password.
Please use the Forgotten Password page, and the system will send an immediate email. If you do not receive the email within ten minutes, please check your spam settings or read the Email Problems page.
How do I change my password?
Once you've logged in to your account, you'll see a link labelled "My Account" on the upper right of the page. Click it to bring up a new page that lists various account options including a link that says, "Change My Account Password."
I receive your email newsletters, but I don't know my account details.
Account Registation and Email Newsletters are two entirely separate services. You can subscribe to the newsletters and still not have an account. For example, you might have placed an order without creating an account.
How often do you send out email newsletters?
We send out one new release newsletter each week and special offer emails every 6-8 weeks. We do not spam you with daily emails! More details are on our Newsletter Subscription page.
How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?
Every email that we send out contains a safe Unsubscribe link - just click on that link and you will be unsubscribed from that newsletter. You can of course subscribe again at any time that you wish.
Do you ever sell or distribute customers' postal addresses, E-mail addresses, or other contact information to other companies?
Never. Full stop.
Do you offer any special deals or discounts?

We also send out discount coupon emails every 6-8 weeks which off either £5 off your order or sometimes 15% off. You will only receive these offers if you have a registered account with us or if you subscribe to our email newsletters. If you unsubscribe, you will not receive any discount emails.
