Do you accept orders from outside of Europe?
Yes, we ship daily to many different international destinations, inclding the USA, Canada and Australia where we have many regular customers.
Will your dvds play in my country?
In virtually all cases, the answer is Yes. However customers in the USA and Canada should read our Dvd Format Info page here before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by Visa (Debit, Electron or Credit) or Mastercard (Debit or Credit). We do not accept American Express or Paypal - Paypal do not allow their services to be used for the purchase of adult items.
What currency will my card be charged in?
All of our prices and all card charges we make are in British Pounds Sterling (£). If your card or bank account uses a different currency (for example, US, Canadian or Australian Dollars), your own bank will convert our GBP £ charge into your own currency.
Approximate exchange rates as at 01/2021 are:-

What name will appear on my credit card or bank statement?
You will be billed as SIMPLY THE BEST BENALMADENA ES SPAIN. Your card will be charged immediately after purchase. The word "porn", "adult dvd" or "sex toy" will NOT appear on your card statement - only SIMPLY THE BEST BENALMADENA ES SPAIN will appear.
How soon will I receive my order?
You should receive your complete order within 14 days. Occasionally a country's mail service can be slower, so we request that you only contact us if you have not received your full order 28 days after you placed the order. Who will deliver my order?
Your package will be delivered by your country's national postal service, for example, the US Postal Service, Canada Post, Australia Post etc..
Is your packaging discreet?
Very - there will be no indication of the contents on the outside of the envelope, and nothing adult-related will appear on the envelope as the sender. We do not send the dvd plastic cases to international destinations. This means that your dvds will arrive in a small plain envelope, with each dvd disc in a protective slip cover. As you are based in Spain/Europe, do I have to pay any Customs fees?
Customers ordering from outside the EEC (European Community) may have to pay Customs duties, but our discreet shipping means that this hardly ever happens. The small envelopes we use means that most of our shipments are treated as ordinary letter post mail, and not as packages of value.
Are your dvds legal to own in my country?
We do not sell any dvds that are illegal to own in the USA, Canada, Australia, and most other countries in the world where adult dvds are not prohibited. However it is the resposnsibility of each customer to know and understand the laws in his country of residence.
Do I need to have an account and/or log in to place an order?
You do not have to have an account or log into your account to make a purchase from our website. However if you do log into your account, your name and address details are automatically added to your Checkout form. Account holders are also able to view all their past orders, add items to a Wishlist for future reference, and receive member discount offers by email every 6 to 8 weeks. Are all of your items in stock?
At any time 99% of the items on this website are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. Occasionally an item may be out of stock for a short period of time, usually no longer than 7-14 days. If an item on your order is not in stock, we do not hold despatch of the rest of your order! We ship the items that are in stock to you immediately, and then ship the out of stock item(s) to you at no extra charge as soon as we get supplies.
